Day Of Event Coordination (For weddings over 100 guests, an additional fee of $200 will apply) Before Wedding: In person and zoom meeting to discuss plan and requirements. Venue Visit and Rehearsal Day of Wedding Full Day Coordination Vendor communication and set up management Assistance in timeline creation and distribution among vendors Assistance in set up and décor as per plan Main communication begins 6 weeks before wedding date One Lead planner and one assistant on site After Wedding: Assistance in decor tear down and coordinating with vendors and venue. Ensuring all rentals are returned on time, paid and in good condition
