Vision to plan: Creating a plan based on your vision and according to your budget. we will source quotes and do all the legwork needed to simplify the process for you. Venue & vendor search, coordination and communication, event timeline and floorplan creation, seating charts, menu selection assistance, and all necessary details required to complete a perfect day! Budget management: we will track cost of goods and ensure all align with your preferred budget and (search for alternatives and deals that could benefit you!) Before Wedding Day: Any preparation needs, site visitis, Menu tastings, last minute adjustments, Rehearsal Tracking of rentals, purchases and payments needed Day of Wedding: Full Day Coordination Vendor communication and set up coordination with meetings and detailed timelines. Assistance in set up and décor as per plan. Liaison between venue managers and vendors. After Wedding: Assistance in tear down Ensuring all rentals are returned on time, paid and in good condition
